Dear Dutchies, thank you for taking part in our Sinterklaas celebration in Cloverdale today! All the volunteers worked hard to give you and your child(ren) an unforgettable experience. Sinterklaas loved the beautiful drawings the kids coloured!

Volunteers needed!

Sinterklaas Announcement
~ Without Volunteers there is no Party!

We are a group of dedicated Dutch volunteers who will welcome Sinterklaas on November 30th, 2019. We desperately need volunteers to join our team. Without volunteers there is no party!

You will enjoy this event even more when you participate with the creation of this memorable experience for children and the young at heart.  The time commitment is about one evening per week. If you are interested in joining our team, please send an email to sinterklaasbc@gmail.com. Please tell us any previous volunteering experience, and why you are interested in joining the Sinterklaas team.

We are also looking for volunteers on November 30th.  If you'd like to assist with the games, arts & crafts, be part of the kitchen crew, please let us know by sending an email to sintvolunteers@gmail.com. We need volunteers on Friday evening November 29th from 6PM- 9 PM and on Saturday November 30th from 10am-3pm, your volunteer hours will depend on your availability!
