Tickets and present giving forms available!

The tickets are now on sale and present giving forms are both available online! The present giving time slots usually fill up quite quickly, so be on time this year.

Sinterklaas will visit Cloverdale this year again on November 24, from 10am to 2pm.

Join the Pieten Crew of Sinterklaas

Sinterklaas needs you on Saturday November 24th! The show must go on and the Pieten crew makes it happen. Your goal is to make kids (young or old) happy during the visit of Sinterklaas. We are looking for enthusiastic members 14 years or older (adults are welcome) to support all the aspects of the performance. There is an experienced group that will meet a few times to support you when you join the crew. Get in touch with the Crew of Sinterklaas by emailing Harri at SintCrew@gmail.com.

Looking for Volunteers!

We are a group of dedicated Dutch volunteers who will welcome Sinterklaas on November 24^th, 2018. The committee will have its first meeting on September 12^th to start the planning.

We are looking for volunteers for the Sinterklaas committee. You can join the committee meetings and/or assist on one of the sub committees. We need assistance with the games committee and the Sint and Pieten crew.

The games committee would like to train one or two people this year, so they can take over the games next year.

There are a few positions with the Sint en Pieten crew. The crew will need artistic guidance for planning the performance.   They also need wardrobe support and assistance in makeup.  There is someone who will take the lead on this committee, so there will be guidance and help provided.

The time commitment is about one evening per week for this wonderful family event. We have lots of fun organizing this event, so we hope you will join us, creating memories for kids and adults alike.

Op zoek naar vrijwilligers!

Wij zijn een groep Nederlandse vrijwilligers die Sinterklaas verwelkomen op 24 november, 2018. Het committee begint op 12 september met de eerste meeting om ons jaarlijks Sinterklaasfeest te plannen.

Wij zoeken naar vrijwilligers voor de Sinterklaas committee. Je kunt onze committee meeting bijwonen en/of met één van de sub committees helpen. We hebben hulp nodig met de spelletjes committee en de Sint en Pieten crew.

Het spelletjes committee wil 1 of 2 meer mensen dit jaar trainen, om de planning en uitvoering van de spelletjes volgend jaar over the nemen.

De Sint en Pieten crew heeft ook een paar mensen nodig om te assisteren met de artistieke uitvoering, het organiseren van de kleding, en de make-up. Er is iemand die deze committee leidt, dus er is hulp en begeleiding.

Je bent ongeveer één avond per week bezig met deze activiteit van september tot eind november. Wij hebben veel plezier met het organiseren van dit feest. We hopen dat je meedoet, zodat we herinneringen kunnen creeren voor jong en oud.  Als je geïnteresseerd bent om met deze activiteiten te assisteren, stuur ons een email naar sinterklaasbc@gmail.com.
