Due to the extreme weather conditions Sinterklaas has not been able to drop off the surprise packages for the kids at the Holland Shopping Centre in New Westminster.

Sinterklaas is coming back to Canada this year!
The tickets for the Sinterklaas event are now on sale and available online. Click here to go to our ticket page.
Because of the pandemic, Sinterklaas will meet the children online via Zoom. Tickets are FREE but you do need to register in order to attend the event.
We also have a little surprise for children under 13 years. There is one package available per child, supplies are limited so register early!
Furthermore, you can book a one-on-one session with Sinterklaas. More information can be found here. Don't wait too long, as these slots will fill up quickly.
The colouring pictures are also available online here. Show Sinterklaas your creativity! The best colourings of each category will get an honorable mentoin by Sinterklaas himself on Zoom.

We are so excited to let you know that Sinterklaas will come to Vancouver again.
As many of you know, Sinterklaas is quite old and with the current pandemic, we decided it is better to meet the children online. It will be different, but fun nonetheless!
We will have a fun 30-40 minutes with singing songs to Sinterklaas and dancing Pieten dances on Saturday, November 27, 2021.
Around that day, there will also be a chance to see Sinterklaas and Pieten in a private Zoom-room.
More information to follow in November, but mark your calendar for now!
It is with sadness in our hearts, that we are announcing that the Sinterklaas committee is unable to welcome Sinterklaas this year. The main reason for this decision is that there aren't enough new committee members to organize this event.
We advertised our requirement for new committee members with the Dutch Network, on Facebook, at the event and our website. A Sinterklaas event has been organized by the Committee for 8 years. It has been a memorable event for kids and the young at heart. However, it is time for new committee members to join the team.
The existing board will meet again next year to see how many new volunteers have come forward and determine what we will do in 2021. If not enough volunteers step up, we will not be able to organize another event. If you are interested in joining our team, please send an Email to sinterklaasbc@gmail.com. Please tell us any previous volunteering experience, and why you are interested in joining the Sinterklaas team.
